Technically: HTML5, JavaScript map libraries, WMS/WFS/REST from PDOK and own servers. GeoApps is a web GIS platform with multiple apps (Viewer, Dashboard, Fieldwork) on the same geo infrastructure.
WebGIS is not desktop GIS or a static map image alone. It offers interaction and often multi-user access; offline and heavy batch analysis often remain desktop or server tasks.
