Kadaster
Kadaster is the Dutch government organization for land registration, cadastre, and mapping. It manages the BRK (parcels and ownership), delivers cartographic products, and works with municipalities on base registries.
For GIS users Kadaster is source and authority for cadastral maps, parcel boundaries, and much metadata. Distribution runs via PDOK, Nationaal Georegister, and commercial channels. Kadaster is not a software vendor like Esri.
Kadaster is not PDOK: PDOK is the distribution platform; Kadaster is a major data owner. BAG (municipalities), BGT, and BRT are closely linked to the Kadaster ecosystem.
