This dataset contains detailed information on dwelling type and characteristics, such as apartment, terraced house, semi-detached, detached and other dwelling types. The data is linked to addresses and buildings, giving you a complete picture of the housing stock.
How do you use it?
Housing Typology is ideal for market research, area analyses, insurance purposes and spatial planning. You can use the data to analyse which dwelling types occur in certain areas, inventory the housing stock, or determine where certain types of dwellings are located. The dataset can be linked to other geodata such as postcodes, municipalities and provinces for comprehensive analyses.
