Traditionally, rail projects are approached mainly technically, with little room for input from residents. This project breaks with that tradition by asking residents from the start about their wishes, concerns and suggestions.
Through MapTalk, residents can indicate which aspects of the rail project they consider important, where they have concerns and what opportunities they see. This input is then incorporated into the design process.
The result is a rail project that is not only technically good but also better aligns with the wishes of the environment. This leads to more support and fewer objections during procedures.
